CASCADE HD Video is smooth, easy to watch and re-watch, with a peaceful yet energetic feel. (Unlike some of the others that look and feel like they strapped a camera to a fly, which is frantically buzzing and banging from room to room, looking for a way to escape just like their viewers are…)
The Walk-Thru Home Tour (as seen above) is an great way to effectively showcase the charming details and layout of your home. It can show the room relationships better than still photography because the viewer is able to flow through the house from one space to another.
The Home Highlight Teaser is just like the Walk-Thru Virtual tour, but shorter and rather than showing the entire home, it focuses on the enticing highlights and special features. It’s a horizontal HD video, aimed at modern buyers with limited time (and short attention spans) and is meant to give them just enough to make them want to see more. The shorter duration is ideal for social media as well.
Facebook & Instagram Reels are Vertical HD Videos that are optimized for social media. Ideally, they’re 30-40 seconds long (60 max), fast paced, showing of the charm of the home.

REAL Golden Hour. There is no other way to capture that fantastic view more dramatically than right before sunset when the last golden rays are raking across the hills surrounding our beautiful valley.
REAL Twilight is the only way to capture an impressive exterior lighting installation.
REAL Golden Hour and Twilights are premium services. They are more laborious to shoot and post-process, sometimes combining upwards of 18-20 shots to composite a single, gripping hero image – and they are always outside of regular business hours – but for the right homes, they really pay off.
Pricing is simple, a $99 base fee for the premium appointment time and the specialized expertise needed to execute this type of image. The photos themselves are only: $11 ea for ground level photography and Aerial Photography is an add on at $75
